Will you be our new Drill Master?
We are still looking for some tough and experienced ground workers who want to work as assistant Drill Master. We are looking for ground workers who know how to handle and want to contribute to a sustainable future. Packers who are not afraid to stand in the clay with their legs and dirty their hands. Real go-getters, who like to work with our earthmoving machines to install beautiful and sustainable geothermal systems together.
To begin with, we first drill holes in the ground with our machines, to a depth of 100 to 200 meters. Once that is done we place the turbo probes in the borehole. These so-called heat exchangers form the basis of the system, which ensures heating in the winter and cooling in the summer. After placing the probes we connect them with a distributor or a distribution well. This requires some horizontal excavation work so it would be nice if you have experience with a small caterpillar excavator (3 tons). After connecting the probes, we then use a supply and return pipe to enter the technical area of the building to connect the underground part of the system to a heat pump.
We work in small, close and friendly teams of 2 to 3 men so the lines are short with us. Working weeks are on average around 40 hours per week. In case of proven suitability, we will gladly lead you further to Boormeester, so that eventually you can start using your own drilling team. If, after proven suitability, you choose to be a driller, we will arrange your C driving course so that you too can end up with your own team and machines.
