If you start with us, drive the first week with a mentor-guide. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to spend great as a driver. What we think is important:
That you, as a driver, know each other well. If you come in the morning about 8:00 in the morning, we will have a cup of coffee and have time for fun and good conversation. So you can go on the road with a good feeling. Will you come back around 6pm in the evening? Then we would like to know what the details are.
That we are ready for each other and for our customers. If a colleague is sick, we look together to see how we get these goods out. We can really appreciate it when you think about decisions and always see the positive side of things.
That you are healthy in your work. Do not do too much extra work because this is the way you burn. We find this sin. We prefer to take your retirement.
That you have a good work / personal balance. We are everywhere, so choose a place nearby. This saves you a lot of time traveling in congestion and it makes you more home with your family or partner.
That you feel so. That you will enjoy these beautiful trucks, the 20-30 customers you meet every day and the challenges you face.
Always bake 2 weeks ahead, so you know where you are on time.
As a DHL driver you can get:
– Good starting salary: € 1,800, – up to € 2,100, – gross monthly (depending on your experience) and travel allowance. We also build your pension together through the Pension Fund.

– Driving license C, code 95 & digital driver card.
– Good behavior that you can demonstrate by providing VOG.
– flexibility; you can find different schedules pleasantly (working hours are from Monday to Friday, between 7:30 and 22:00).
– Good condition and well-kept appearance.
