Job description:
As an e-commerce employee you contribute to an ultimate customer experience for the (online) customer of us by:
- answer questions from customers both by telephone and in writing in the most customer-oriented way;
- to photograph the articles in the most commercial way and to describe them for our webshop and SEO.
Job requirements:
- You have experience with (telephone) customer service.
- You speak and write flawless Dutch.
- You are collegial, the customer is central and you have affinity with our products.
- You have MBO working and thinking level and experience in a commercial function.
- You are available full-time and are willing to work on a rotating basis on Saturdays.
